The structures and foundations of yoga are predictable no matter which form of yoga is being practiced. At YogasYoga, we want our students to excel and we provide the support to allow exactly that. The underlying structures of yoga are essential to the achievement of excellent teaching. A great teacher is concerned with mastering the structures and fundamental skills of this ancient art. YogasYog
a has seen a multitude of practitioners and teachers come through classes who’ve been practicing yoga for 10, 20 , even 40 years, and the functional structures are missing for many. Without mastery, a yogi or yogini cannot move forward as their most effective self. Often times instructors will take continuing education which further reinforces poor structure or bad habits with in the kriya or pose. Until you master the structures you are unable to fully understand why and what you are practicing. You can do yoga all day long and if you don’t understand it from a visceral and mental experience, you simply will not garner the full benefit of the practice. YogasYoga offers instruction which has proven to turn middle of the road instructors into an indispensable part of their student's week, practice and life. We offer support, humor, gentle correction and stimulus to aid you in your growth and strength as an instructor. YogasYoga's experiential training becomes first nature and will not have to be re-learned in years to come, you will forever have the structure in place to grow in your excellence. Whether a teacher or a practitioner we focus on;
