One month after deep plane facelift and necklift, CO2 laser and upper blepharoplasty.✨
This lovely patient is 40 years old and was seeing earlt signs of skin laxity and sun damage that she wanted to improve. This early intervention facelift repositioned the deep tissues, softened smile lines and improved her complexion in a way that is natural but will last years. While I dont agree with preventative facelifts, early intervention facelift or necklift for patients who have early or milder visible changes is something that I offer for good candidates with beautiful results. Excited for her confidently enjoy her 40s!!

Teen rhinoplasty 3 month before & after ✨⭐️
A delicate nose to match her delicate features!

This patient had a dorsal hump and strong lower lateral cartilages as well as a cleft in her nasal tip that she wanted to improve. Pay close attention to the light reflex on the tip cartilage and dorsal aesthetic lines in these images to see the changes.

Her mom said it best- now that her nose is no longer a prominent feature on her face, her gorgeous blue eyes and smile shine through even more.

Thats the true goal in rhinoplasty, the nose is natural and fits so well that it is no longer a distraction.

Not all fullness under the chin is just fat and not all solutions are one-size-fits-all. Here’s how we transformed her profile before her wedding.

This young patient came to me concerned about persistent submental fullness. A fullness under the chin even after two previous sessions of Kybella. She initially requested neck liposuction, which is a common ask among younger patients, but her case was more complex. Due to the scar tissue and fat encapsulation caused by Kybella, simple liposuction wouldn’t be effective.

In addition, she had a receded (retruded) chin, which meant that addressing only the neck would not give her the balanced, defined look she wanted especially with her wedding just 6 months away.

We designed a custom surgical plan that included:
✅ Submental platysmaplasty (tightening of the neck muscles)
✅ Submentalliectomy (manual removal of scarred fat)
✅ Liposuction contouring
✅ Chin implant to harmonize her facial proportions

3 months after subnasal and lift 💋

This patient was bothered by her mouth after having dental extractions that resulted in maxillary bone loss. While a lip lift was able to improve the volume of the lips and help create a more youthful midface, I counseled this patient that dental show would not be a likely result of this procedure in her case. Discussing goals and expectations is so important for this procedure in particular.

We are both pleased with the shape and the result! The swelling and incision line will continue to improve over the next few months.
