New to Yoga? We’re answering your most asked questions!
𝟭. 𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀? Yes + no — all classes are all levels + we mean it! Our instructors don’t just welcome all levels, we teach to them, so you can expect props + options to meet your needs
𝟮. 𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀? We sure do! We have Restorative in Smithfield on Fridays if you really want to unwind + chill out! We also have Hot Yoga a few times a week, which focuses on breath, flow, + form. Our Hot Power Yoga classes add an extra layer of intensity to increase your heart rate.
𝟯. 𝗗𝗼 𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽? Nope! You can buy a Single Class or Class Pack before committing to a membership, but our New Client Special (2 Weeks Unlimited!) is the 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵 way to try all our classes at a great price!
