Yesterday, our Team joined Memory Care Home Solutions at Game Show Battle Rooms for an afternoon filled with laughter, connection, teamwork, and a little friendly competition! More importantly, it gave us an opportunity to celebrate an incredible milestone together: surpassing $140,000+ in lifetime monthly giving throughout our partnership since 2012. ❤️

We are so proud to support the incredible work the Team at Memory Care Home Solutions does every single day for individuals and families navigating dementia and memory loss. Yesterday, our Team came together to celebrate a very special milestone: 15 Years of Assistance Home Care. ❤️ What began with Allen & Sally Serfas opening our doors with a Mission to help families honor their loved ones’ wishes to remain at home with compassion, dignity, and respect has now grown to serve over 5,000+ families across Greater St. Louis & Chicagoland.

We are incredibly grateful for every Care Professional, Team member, Client, family, and community partner who has been part of this journey over the last 15 years. Your compassion, trust, and support are what make our Mission possible each and every day.

It was so special to spend time together reflecting on where we’ve been, celebrating all that’s been accomplished, and looking ahead to the future where no family or caregiver has to navigate the journey of aging alone. ❤️

What a meaningful evening with an even more meaningful Mission. 💜 Our Team was proud to attend The Caregiver Club’s A Night To Care gala this past Friday as a Lavender Sponsor, supporting an organization that continues to show up in powerful ways for family caregivers and their loved ones living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Throughout the night, it was inspiring to see the impact of their work brought to life, from Caregiver Cards that create understanding in everyday moments, to Dementia Friendly Dining programs that make community spaces more inclusive, to respite initiatives and Caregiver Companion outings that give families the support and connection they deserve.

We’re grateful to stand alongside organizations like The Caregiver Club that are creating real, tangible support for caregivers both here in our community and across the country. 💜

May 1st marks our Founders’ Day, the day Allen & Sally Serfas began Assistance Home Care in honor of Sally’s Mom, Gearldean, and her journey with Alzheimer’s. What started with one family’s story has grown into a purpose that now reaches over 5,000+ families across Greater St. Louis and Chicago.

We are incredibly grateful for our Team and Care Professionals who bring our Mission to life each and every day. Your compassion, dedication, and heart are what make it possible for families to feel supported, confident, and cared for at home.
