We have two locations to serve your needs, one in Thorsby and one in Clanton. We are a certified “RHC” (Rural Health Clinic) and just added another Nurse Practitioner, Shannon Miller. You’re likely to see her at the Clanton office.
**We share the award this year with Chilton Medical Associates. Another great office that provides excellent primary care.
