Daxen, Inc is the sole importer and distributor of DXN Products in the United States. We take pride in the high quality products that we distribute through our network of trusted Distributors. This letter is to inform our Distributors and general Consumers of our recent discoveries about products resembling likeness of DXN products are being sold through other global online platforms such as Amazon and eBay. In all identified cases, the products are coming to the United States from other countries.
We are gravely concerned that these products which we are unable to recognize/identify the sources will confuse the general United States consumer market. Naturally, an unknowing Consumer that purchases a product that they assume to be a DXN product from an unauthorized global online platform, would expect that the product to be an authentic DXN product, yet this is not the case as these products might be counterfeit. While these products bear DXN logos and can appear similar to the genuine products, these unauthorized products are offered at a significantly lower cost than the original DXN products that are genuinely imported by DXN to United States.
