Summer heat has arrived! Let’s talk about hydration!
💦Hydration is important for:
Brain function, circulation, detoxification, digestion, metabolism, temperature regulation..and so much more!
💦Signs of Dehydration:
Dark urine, dry mouth, confusion, headaches, dizziness, low energy, muscle cramps
💦Tips for staying hydrated:
Keep water accessible (we all love our Stanley cups right?!), add some flavor by adding fruits, cucumber etc, reduce alcohol intake, set hydration reminders
💦Should you use electrolytes? Sure! Above are some of our favorites. They add extra flavor and hydration to your water. (If you have any medical conditions or are pregnant, always check with your physician first)
