"Woke is dead"? Let’s check the receipts.

Every credible study shows the opposite. Companies that gut DEI are not just making a cultural misstep, they are losing billions in market share. Target learned this the hard way when they rolled back their DEI commitments and saw consumer trust plummet.

On the other hand, organizations that invest in equity and representation consistently outperform, with stronger financial growth, higher employee satisfaction, and customers who stay loyal.

South Park got it right. Woke is not dead. It is still out there, like a ball of light that refuses to fade. It is awake, aware, and building momentum toward a future where everyone belongs.

We are not going back to sleep.

DEI matters.
Always.

And that future wins.

Professional Consulting & Training

My name is Rebecca, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Yoga Instructor, EMDR Consultant & Trainer in CO. My business is devoted to healing the wounds of trauma, and supporting others to learn clinically proven techniques within a professional setting.

From the darkest of places, something beautiful can be born. The resiliency of the human spirit and the ability to overcome and persevere through adversity and strife is awe-inspiring and humbling. Healing is part of the human condition, and part of our work in this lifetime. Through that healing process, opportunities exist for our personal growth and transformation towards becoming our best most awakened selves. This is the alchemical process of transforming suffering into resiliency.

I created Rebecca Kase & CO with this wisdom and vision at heart. Our talented and compassionate team is devoted to supporting the transformative healing journey through professional trainings, workshops, and healing.

My business offers EMDR Basic & Advanced Trainings, Trauma-Informed Care & Vicarious Trauma Workshops, specialty Yoga Workshops, as well as Professional Clinical Consultation.
