You DO NOT have to give up all your favorite foods and you certainly DO NOT need to be eliminating multiple food groups at once. 🙅♀️
Let's start with dairy! 🥛
These are some of my FAVORITE brands that are plant-based and can be used in place of their dairy counterparts. 🌱
Oatly Full Fat Oat Milk - Has added oils for fat, therefore this one is closest in micro/macro nutrients to whole milk. 🥛
Siggi's Coconut Yogurt - So creamy and tastes amazing! I also love the plain variety in place of sour cream. 🥥
Earth Balance "Butter" - Can be used in place anywhere you would use butter (cooking, baking, etc). I cannot even tell the difference! 🧈
Reddi Whip Coconut Whipped Cream - Goes without saying! Perfectly tops any fruit or latte. ☕🍓
Philedelphia Plant-Based Cream Cheese - Don't think you have to give up bagels and cream cheese. This spreads just the same. It can also be used as a base for fruit dip or cheesecake! 🥯🍰
Chobani Dairy-Free Creamer - There are so many different flavors you won't even miss other creamers. Chobani is so smooth and mixes perfectly in coffee. ☕

I cannot tell you the amount of times I have been told that their P*P told them to eliminate multiple foods without a confirmed diagnosis! Some even suggested to give up breastfeeding! I can't even... 😡
