AMERICAN DREAM!
Growing up in Brazil, from a very young age, my dream was to come to the United States. In 2003, I dropped out of high school and began my quest to the land of opportunity. It has been one of the best decisions I ever made.
Finding work was difficult. I applied for a position with Olive Garden 7 times until they finally got tired of me and gave me a job. In a short two years, I went from washing dishes to line cook to becoming a Certified Trainer and help open new Olive Gardens' throughout the United States. Working at Olive Garden helped lay the foundation to start the journey of owning my own business. More importantly, it introduced me to my beautiful wife!
This is a country that places no limits to what you can be, to how much money you can make, to what business you can create.
Anderson Cleaning started on July 13, 2007, with no employees in a 500 square feet 2nd-floor apartment. We have recently purchased and moved to our own 10,000 square foot office in West Springfield, MA. Since then, weโve grown to become a leading provider of Janitorial Services with more than 100 team members! It has been an amazing journey!
I want to say a big THANK YOU to the incredible team at Anderson Cleaning. We would not exist without the dedicated team members that make our business exceptional. I am extremely proud to be part of this team and am so excited to see what is in store for us in the future. Without question, our greatest accomplishments still lie ahead of us.
To our clients, thank you for your friendship, and most of all, your support. We absolutely couldn't have done it without you, nor can we take the next steps without your help. We promise to continue to exceed your expectations and to always uphold our core value to deliver WOW Service!
Anderson Cleaning would not be possible without the support of my amazing wife and two beautiful daughters. Anyone that has started a business knows there is no such thing as work and life balance. In the beginning, itโs nothing but work, and without the right partner, building a successful business is practically impossible.
Remember, your own limitations are set by you in your own mind. Do not let anyone tell you what you can or cannot do. Your nationality, color, or gender does not matter. If you want it bad enough, regardless of what it is, you just need to believe you can and surround yourself with people who support and encourage you. I have a wonderful family and a great team that supports my obsession for always doing more, and always looking for better ways to serve our clients. We like to say, if it is not broken, break it and find a better way.
Thank you to everyone that made those 13 years possible
