Golden Home Care is a community based home care provider. We are currently hiring Direct Care Worker / Direct caregiver to service Home based customers.
Responsibilities of the Direct Care Worker are but not limited to:
Personal Care such as dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, Transfers, walking and positioning/re-positioning.
Meal Preparation and assist with feeding
Companionship
Medication reminders
Housekeeping: Such as laundry, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing dishes, emptying trash, etc.
Job Requirements: Requirements of the Home Health Direct Care Worker
Previous Home Health Direct Care experience preferred, but not required.
Prefer Direct caregiver / CNA / HHA / PCT but not required
High school diploma or equivalent preferably
Must have Valid State ID
Must have a Dependable transportation
Must be willing to Travel between patients and Flexible to work around the schedule when required
Must clear Background check and Central registry and have a TB test done
Complete agency specific mandatory courses.
Assistance to enroll in CHAMP
Certification: CPR?
Authorized to work in the United States
Benefits: Sick time available for full time employee.
