We’ve been diving into the local history of Clinton—and our journey led us to the Clinton County Historical Society Museum

A big thank you to Jan Hansen and all the volunteers at the museum who shared their time, knowledge, and two wonderful books: History of Clinton County Iowa, 1976, and Images of America: Clinton, Iowa. These books are packed with great stories and photographs that bring Clinton’s history to life.

We’re grateful for their help as we continue gathering photos and memories to decorate the walls of our new Clinton funeral home. If you haven’t been to the Historical Society Museum yet, we highly recommend a visit—it’s a true treasure of our community.
