Excellent asana (stretch) for stiff, tense, or frozen shoulders. Go slowly and gently. Don't push forcefully into a painful range of motion.

I charge the same price regardless of which style of Massage Therapy you need. So, I haven't been really conscious of price differentials charged at spas or other facilities.
Before you book your next massage, ask these:
Do you need Deep Tissue in one or two localized areas, or firm-pressure Swedish all over, or 90% Swedish / 10% Deep Tissue?
Do you need to book with a stronger, or male, therapist?
Are you asking Massage Therapists to "give you all they got"? If so, is that necessary for your body? And are you paying more for extra physical effort?
