There is a magic that only vacations can bring. Fitness & vacations bring family together. And vacation allows us to lose inhibitions, try new things, and break from routine.
This morning's class included a young couple, and a mom-daughter. The mom had never done yoga before, but despite her hesitation, she did such a fantastic job that she surprised herself. I dare say it may have been a spiritual experience for her, from her joy she shared.
I offered partner Thai Yoga after class, as a "bonus", for which everyone stayed and loved the exchange of bodywork.
And at the end, the newbie-mom suggested we take a group photo!
