I'm trying something new - 30 minute massage (Trial phase)

By popular request, I'm excited to offer 30-minute massages on a trial basis!

** 30 Minute Massage Details:
• $55 per session
• Select availability only
• I'll post available time spots here on Facebook
• Must message me directly to book (not available through online booking)
• You'll receive email confirmation once your spot is secured
• Please note: I cannot accommodate special time requests for 30 minute massages

**For 60 and 90 minute massages:
These remain available for convenient online booking at any time.

To give everyone fair warning, September and October get pretty busy for me over here. I have 2 continuing education courses coming up that I have to travel to that takes away a couple of weekends from you guys. On top of that, 2 of my girls have birthdays in October, and you guessed it, they land on a weekend.

My schedule is already really tight, so I wanted all my clients to know so they can book their next couple months if they need it before everything gets down to the wire.

I will try my best to offer other times spots on Mondays to help accommodate those trying to keep on the schedule. I will also update my waitlist for those last minute cancelations.

Reach out if you want on the waitlist. Include the days and times that work best for you and I will keep that organized in case something comes available.

The Elixir Kit – elderberries + ginger, rosehips, ceylon cinnamon, licorice root, cloves, turmeric, and black pepper

Just the Berries Kit – pure elderberries for those who want to keep it simple

There is a white mailbox by the door you will walk into (on the left side directly behind Edward Jones, the door has a window in it).

It's almost August! Back to school for the kiddos is right around the corner! I'm sure everyone is VERY excited 🤪

I've already had a handful of parents contact me to get the Elderberry syrup kits before their kiddos are subjected to all the germs that come with gathering everyone together at the beginning of the school year. It never seems to fail, between my 3 kiddos, one of them always shares a bit too much with their friends and comes home with a runny nose within the first few weeks of school.

That being said, I will be at my office on Saturday from roughly 1pm-3pm (just a little after 1pm.) if you'd like to stop by the massage office and grab your Elderberry Syrup Kit to get a jump start on building up that immune system! The kit will get you approximately 16oz of Elderberry syrup. You can split that into 2 separate batches or make it all at once and share with a friend! The kit comes with instructions AND a QR code to my video on how to make it (if you are a visual learner this option is PERFECT)

To all my clients today:

We withstood the storm 🙌
I got to the office today around 8am and had power. Around 8:45am we lost it again.

But y'all. I WORK IN THE DARK ANYWAYS 😆

I have flashlights that light up the whole room (almost even more so than normal) and candles on standby if needed.

I am open today and ready for you 💕

I hope everyone is safe and has minimal damage around you. If you do have damage, I hope you have a support system to help you with whatever you need.
If not, please reach out.

In 2020, a massive derecho hit my home town of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and our whole family drove from Southern California to help the community with hot food, damage cleanup and moral support. If I can't help, I can at least reach out to those whole can.

If there is one thing the Midwest is stellar at, it's community. We are all in this together.
