• The book is about how I survived two rare life threatening cancers in a seven year period & how I dealt with all the side effects of extensive chemo and radiation during and after treatments; and my full recovery & how I beat the odds through mind, diet and exercise! At 40ty years old I got the chicken pocks, a month later I was diagnosed with 4th stage nasal cancer and used as a test subject for Sloan Kettering. I did 7 weeks of radiation twice a day 25 minute sessions, plus 5 cycles of chemo. Effects during and after treatments radiation poisoning, black mold growing in my mouth because I had no saliva, all my fillings falling out, neck spasms, taste buds shot, saliva shot, feeding tube, lost of memory, pain killers for almost 2 years occicottin & fyndel patches I weeded myself off, and those are just the ones I am mentioning.
7 years later they declared me cured of the 1st cancer 3 months later in 2008 I was diagnosed with lymphoma hip cancer I was in bed for almost 2 years the tumor had split my hip in half.
2004 my house burned down and I fought with the insurance company for five years. Because we were drained and were broke we settled for pennies on the dollar
2010 my daughter had to do an 8 hour surgery on her back, a few months later she had to have her gallbladder removed, also was diagnosed one of her kidneys is only operating 10%
September 2010 my wife was diagnosed with a brain tumor and had surgery and she also had complications and was out of work for 5 months. I know it all sounds depressing but the book is about never giving up no matter how bad it looks and no matter what there is always someone who has it worse then you. I appreciate everyday I live. Praying everyday not to feel any lumps. It is a club that no one wants to belong to. But unless you went through it you could never understand. No matter what never give up because I believe in destiny everything that happens, happens for a reason one door may close but another one may open. I do believe what saved me was my conditioning. that is a fact if I wasn’t in the in the great condition I was in back in 2001 when I had the 1st cancer they would not even had offered me the option. The pain I endured I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. I can keep going but I know you probably won't even finish reading this but it’s worth a try if I could just help one person. I do counseling for cancer victims and their families and want to help in a wider broad that is why I wrote this book. Thanks Ronnie
