Just when you think I’ve taken every cooking class out there… I sign up for another one! 😄

This time, I joined the fabulous team at SKS for a delicious and vibrant culinary adventure — margaritas in hand 🍹.

We explored the fusion of Mexican and Asian cuisines, including a dish I’m still dreaming about: Japanese milk bread topped with wasabi egg salad and a flavorful salmon rub — a modern take on Japanese picnic fare.

Even more exciting?

I had the chance to meet two of Food & Wine’s 2024 Best New Chefs, and !

Their creativity, passion, and playfulness in the kitchen were completely contagious.

Grateful for the inspiration — and for any excuse to mix science with spice outside the clinic. 😉

If you caught my last post, you know I was recently soaking up the beauty (and flavors!) of Italy—and yes, it was just as magical as it sounds. 🇮🇹

One of my absolute favorite things to do when I travel is take a cooking class.

It’s such a special way to connect with the culture, meet locals, and of course, learn how to make something delicious.

This time, we rolled up our sleeves to make classic panna cotta and perfectly simple, mouthwatering bruschetta using fresh, local ingredients.

From creamy desserts to sun-ripened tomatoes on toasted bread, every bite was a reminder that food is truly an art—just like skincare. 🍅✨

Just got back from this year’s SCALE Conference, and as a dermatologist, I’m feeling more inspired than ever. ✨

SCALE always delivers when it comes to cutting-edge education in aesthetics, dermatology, and laser medicine—and this year was no exception.

From the latest on biostimulators and skin rejuvenation to in-depth discussions on laser advancements and clinical pearls I can apply immediately, the sessions were both practical and forward-thinking.

I’m excited to bring everything I’ve learned back to my practice to continue providing my patients with the best, safest, and most advanced dermatologic treatments available.
