Today is 10 years since you left your physical body behind.Still hard to believe..I am a Grandma because of you.! I miss your kindness,your joy of life,compassion for people and animals.I miss our adventures and outings and the simple things..watching the Penguin cartoons and Teletubbies..You playing my guitar..Just getting to know the sweet soul that is such a blessing to our family..15 was such a short time to be here and yet being your authentic self, you not only impacted me, our family ,neighbors , friends , you impacted the communities and beyond..Your legacy of kindness and helpfulness lives on as does your memory..People moving forward , may not have the honor of personally knowing you, yet your love and intention to help others does...I am proud to call you my Grandson! I talk about you daily(I don't care if people have heard the memories a million times!..I love bragging about you!!) as I know many others do also.You live in our hearts Zach now and always .You continue to do good. Energetic Shifting pt 2. Today's energy is strong!You may be feeling totally exhausted,and a little grumpy too.. We are being energetically catapulted forward into the new dimension..,The new way of living and being.Its why we chose to be here.Its what are souls have been looking forward to and working towards as healers and Light works...Feels different than you thought it would , doesn't it? The lag time feels like what the astronauts must feel as their rocket leaves the earth 's atmosphere.. This resistance is part of what is making us feel quite drained..
Not to worry,we just need time to adjust!
Some symptoms of the shift that people are feeling..
Huge anxiety that comes and goes
Muscle aches
Tiredness
Waking several times at night
Needing a good nap!
Vivid dreams
Feeling full but feeling the need to eat anyway
Feeling Teary for no reason
Feeling overwhelmed

Our body mind and emotions will adjust over time.. Incorporate the little things you enjoy daily.Acknolage to yourself that you are doing that-this is really important at this time that your body and emotions feel seen and heard and pampered!

Are you feeling the Earth shifting and you along with it?? It is intense!You may feel exhausted some hours and the have a burst of energy and insperation the next few hours..You may feel extreme pressure in your head ,headaches,anxiety like you are not holding it together..These shifts of vibration are new to the Earth.Our bodies,minds and emotions are truly adjusting..It's like The Earth and humanity is going through a new "puberty"! People may feel emotional in relationships and be revisiting old emotional patterns and wounds..Try not to relive them fully-just acknowledge ,release and substitute with the positive feeling you want to carry with you instead.This will take some Energy as the old resistance does not want to leave! Carry on! You can do this!Not as a war against your internal self but as an acknowledgement of how far you have come! This is what great change feels like!We are truly transitioning from the Piscean age.into the Aquarian Age..From the 3rd Dimension Frequency into the 5th ..Ground yourself, walk in nature barefoot ,breathe ,rest when needed Hydrate with water watch funny sitcoms and movies..Give your mental body a break from the news..Be loving and gentle to yourself..We are truly "Lightening Up!"

Soul Reading
Many souls choose difficult paths to bring their soul strength from the inside to the outer.. This journey ,when seen from the Higher perspective can be evident by deep empathy, compassion and clarity as time goes on in one's own life. Some souls have 2 lifetimes combined into one.This is evident by an ease and grace that manafests in their later life.Many who have walked this path will find their soul purpose in helping others.This was the path of the amazing young woman I had the great pleasure to do a session with today.I am excited to watch her life unfold!
