Something to think about when you grab your fast food meals.
Calories do matter for weight loss.
The TYPE of food matters even more for weight loss AND your health.
One meal at your favorite place vs 3+ meals made at home.
1200 for 2 meals, a snack & Oatmeal (not pictured). I didn’t plug in my protein for breakfast yet.
Majority of women need more than 1400 calories per day, but that should not be consumed at one meal.
When you are questioning why you aren’t getting results, think about the choices you are making daily & change them.
