Dani and I continue to build this sacred space for all who are ready to reflect and reconnect to self.

Every one of us has a different story, and we believe healing should reflect and honor all the emotions that come with these stories.

With leaders like Dani and Malia , this isn’t just a group experience — it’s joining together in our separate journeys to combine our collective skills, energy and stories allowing us get rooted and clear with ourselves. We will get raw, real, and rooted in our perspective truth, as well as honoring the collective existence we all live. We look forward to walking alongside you in the journey of self-discovery and acceptance.

🌀 Both facilitators are trained in vibrational sound healing and energy work, adding another layer of depth to their ability to hold space. Expect deep rooted honesty, tools for grounding, and frequency-shifting experiences as part of our evolving offerings.

If you said yes please consider joining and One Planet Earth- OPE as we come together to provide an opportunity to explore that RAGE in a safe and open space.

🖤Rage is important and healthy when acknowledged. It becomes unhealthy when we deny it or let it take over instead of making space for it. Anger is trying to tell us something about ourselves and we only need to listen.

Unexpressed rage keeps us trapped in our own bodies and minds. During this event we will explore, process, release and learn to become radically accountable for these emotions. Emotion needs motion! We are here to help guide and assist you with tools and somatic techniques to move through this in a healthy sustainable way. This is meant to help each individual understand the underlying causes of their anger and other emotions that are attached. Exploring ourselves is among the most loving things we can do for ourselves.

We will be utilizing tools such as somatic exercises, journaling prompts, meditation, sound bowls , our voices, music, and aroma therapy for an immersive healing experience. Snacks, water and iced tea from to follow.

Thank you for having and I at your annual DSM Hackathon for a second time!

We loved being there for these amazing humans as they worked hard all day. It was a truly meaningful birthday to be able to spend giving back to those who do so much for community 🥰

✨What is DSM Hack?
It is a not-for-profit organization working to elevate and strengthen the community by building software, learning from each other and giving back. The organization centers around the idea of “Build.Learn.Give.”, which includes building technology solutions and relationships throughout the community, learning new skills or thought processes and giving time and skills to nonprofits who need, but cannot afford it.

💛Join Malia Brownlee (Massages by Malia) and Dani Kastner (One Planet Earth- OPE) as they facilitate a journey diving deep into the emotion of RAGE!
For so many of us the energy associated with “rage” can feel daunting and leaves us with fragmented emotions ranging from guilt to shame and sadness.
Here you will learn to become radically accountable for those instances where you may have erupted and have repair to do within relationships or towards yourself. We will equip you with many tools and somatic techniques to move through what is triggering you, in a healthy and productive manner.
To integrate these lessons we will conclude with a meditation utilizing sound bowls and aroma therapy.
Light bites and refreshments to follow.
