While it can feel tedious to watch wake windows ⏰️ the rhythms of a baby's day set the tone for their sleep at night! In the early days 30-60 min. wake times will just be feeding and changing. As they get bigger, you will have time for tummy time and playing! Before you know it the 3 hour wake windows will be full of chasing, laughs and playing 🤸‍♂️🤸‍♀️

Littles have a sleep tank, and we want it to be empty at bedtime! If your kiddo is doing the bedtime procrastination dance or acting wide awake, it may be that they're simply not tired. You can start the fix by trimming 15-30 minutes off of their last nap of the day.
