A diet rich in fiber can help you stay regular with your bowel movements and keep waste flowing through your Gl tract.

When you go to the doctor and they diagnose you with condition and give you something to take, but you don’t feel any improvement don’t settle. Don’t be satisfied when they tell you:
1. This is just your new normal now.
2. It’s genetic and this is the way that it is going to be.
3. It’s all in your head.
4. There’s nothing that you can do.
Those are all BS answers in my opinion and a common response when they don’t know what angle to take. Your life in your health is extremely valuable and you don’t get many second chances so make sure that you’re always digging deeper and never satisfied until you get the answers that you deserve.
