Healing doesn't mean that life suddenly feels easy and joyful all of the time. It's about the growth that happens when we can honor and hold space for every part of ourselves.

There’s a common misconception that healing means we’ve “arrived” at a place where everything is puppy dogs and rainbows. I have to tell you, I see these healers and practitioners online and criticize the heck out of myself.   Look at how peaceful they live their life.   H

💜 What started as just an idea has grown into a community. Over these 7 years, we’ve witnessed transformation, resilience, and the power of never giving up.

This day reminds us of the lives cut short, the families forever changed, and the desperate need to break the stigma surrounding addiction. Every name represents a son, daughter, parent, sibling, friend, or partner whose story matters.

💜 To honor their memory, we invite you to share the names of your loved ones lost to overdose in the comments below. Let us say their names together. Let us remember. Let us fight for hope, awareness, and change.

No one should have to walk this journey alone—and together, we can turn remembrance into action, compassion, and healing.

Close to 20 years ago, we were just two souls navigating the unknown—life, recovery, and dreams we could barely imagine. Today, here we are, side by side, living our purpose and holding space for others on their own journeys.

Friendship like this is rare. It’s been a journey of laughter and tears, of strength discovered in the hardest moments, and of joy found in the simplest ones. Together, we’ve grown, stumbled, celebrated, and kept showing up—for each other and for those we serve.

Life is wild, messy, beautiful—and having a friend like this makes the adventure sacred. 💛
