Yesterday we had the joy of visiting our incredible Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Sharon Craddock of Foundation Medical Group, in Richmond — she is truly awesome 💛

Sharon shows up for our clients with empathy, compassion, and presence. She listens deeply, supports wholeheartedly, and brings a level of care that truly transforms the healing journey. We are endlessly grateful for the way she partners with our team and holds space for every woman who walks through our doors.

Thank you, Sharon, for the love, wisdom, and steadiness you bring to our community. We appreciate you more than words can say! 💚✨

✨ Today, We Celebrate a New Chapter ✨

On Friday, we had the honor of witnessing one of our clients commence from our residential program — a moment filled with courage, reflection, and so much hope.

Recovery is not a straight line. It’s early mornings, tough conversations, honest work, and the quiet decision — day after day — to choose healing. Watching someone step forward with new tools, new confidence, and a renewed sense of self is one of the most meaningful parts of what we do.

To our amazing graduate:
As you head into the next chapter, may you remember every step you’ve taken, every breakthrough you’ve earned, and the truth that you are worthy of a life filled with hope, connection, and freedom.

Today, we have some tough news. It is with such heavy hearts that we share that our old four-legged friend, Jax, crossed the rainbow bridge on Friday 🌈

For those who may not have known him, Jax was our loyal companion at TRC — a gentle, loving soul who came to the center each day with his mama Abby Holbach (who served as our Wellness Director and had been with us from our very early days until she moved to PA in 2023). Somehow, he always knew who needed a little extra love. He had this quiet magic about him… a steady presence that could calm even the hardest days.

Jax was never “just a dog” to us. He was part of our family — and a big part of the heart of this place. For so many of the women who came through our doors, Jax was a source of comfort, safety, and pure, unconditional love. His presence helped people feel seen, held, and less alone.
