Want to improve joint range of motion, reduce stiffness, and support better movement in your daily life? Try incorporating this basic head-to-toe mobility routine 3-5 days per week!

🧍 Neck Circles / Nod & Turn: Gently move head up/down and side to side in slow, controlled motions.
🦾 Shoulder Circles/Arm Circles: Make controlled large circles with your arms, forward and backward.
🧘 Cat-Cow Stretch: On hands and knees, arch your back (cow), then round it (cat).
🦴 Thoracic Spine Rotations: On all fours, place one hand behind your head, then rotate your elbow up and open.
🪑 Seated 90/90 Hip Switches: On all fours, place one hand behind your head, then rotate your elbow up and open.
🦶 Ankle Circles: Rotate your foot in circles from the ankle, 10 reps each direction.

Starting your day with protein is a great way to fuel your body and help you feel full for longer! Instead of driving through your favorite coffee shop for egg bites, whip these up ahead of time and reheat them through the week! This homemade version boasts up to 10 g of protein per bite!

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cook turkey breakfast sausage in a pan on medium-high heat until cooked through, breaking into crumbles, or cook turkey bacon in a pan until crispy and cut into bite-size pieces. Dice veggies. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray, or use a silicone muffin pan.
Divide meat, veggies, and cheese evenly among muffin cups. In a blender, mix eggs, egg whites, and cottage cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture over the fillings, filling cups about ¾ full.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until completely set & no liquid remains. Cool & enjoy!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Yields 12 egg bites

HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief recovery periods. This powerful method boosts your metabolism for hours after your workout, helping your body continue to burn calories and fat efficiently, even when you're resting! These workouts require only 15-30 minutes and little to no gym equipment!
Try this 15-minute HIIT workout:
Warm-up: 5 minutes light cardio (walking, marching, arm circles)
The workout: Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work, with 30 seconds of rest between exercises. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds. Push yourself during the working rounds; this is maximum effort!
