We don't conflate having a drink with having a drink problem;. We don't conflate having a coffee with having a caffeine problem. Nor should we conflate using prohibited drugs with having a drug problem.
Drug use is not a drug problem!..but drug prohibition sadly creates real and unnecessary risks for everyone who uses a prohibited drug.

Why mouthpieces? Pipes are paramount, but not the entire picture. Mouthpieces allow for pipes to be shared safely, and different colors help people identify their own pipe and others’.
