The Clemson Free Clinic provides free health care and prescribed pharmaceuticals to low-income residents of Clemson, Six Mile, Pendleton, and Central, SC.

The Clemson Free Clinic is open on Wednesday nights (by appointment) to help adult residents of Clemson, Pendleton, Central, and Six Mile with medical care. We have a pharmacy which is open to dispense generic medicines to our patients. Patient eligibility screening is Monday, 1:30 to 3:30.
