It’s been an exciting and heartwarming week at KCARC! 🌟

Our students at the Civitan Children’s Center enjoyed a beautiful day filled with laughter and fun during their Easter egg hunt—no one went home empty-handed! The playground was full of giggles, energy, and plenty of “hoppin’” good times.

We’re also proud to recognize Abriana Sprinkle, a dedicated teacher at Civitan Children’s Center, as our Mission Champion Employee of the Month. Congratulations, Abriana, and thank you for the incredible impact you make every day!

Our Day Program participants have been busy giving back to the community—budgeting, purchasing, and delivering a bike and helmet to the Department of Children and Family Services for their upcoming April 18th event. We love seeing our team make a difference!

In Manufacturing, we’re celebrating a big milestone as eight people from our Day Program were officially hired into the Coonrod Production Center’s Cut and Sew area. After completing orientation, they’re off to a fantastic start—we’re so proud!

KCARC Day Program participants had a fantastic and meaningful morning! They worked together to budget, select, and deliver a brand-new bike to the Department of Child Services for their upcoming April event. One lucky child will win this bike, generously donated by KCARC.

The chosen bike—a Spider-Man-themed ride complete with a matching helmet and fun lights—was a clear favorite. This special gift is sure to bring so much joy to a deserving child.

Our group even had the opportunity to personally deliver the bike to the Department of Child Services, making the experience even more rewarding.

Don’t miss your chance to be part of the special event. The April Family Wellness Event will be on Saturday, April 18th, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Community Church of Vincennes. Attendees will have the opportunity to win this awesome bike!

🌟 Exciting times at KCARC! 🎉 We recently held a successful job fair, where one lucky candidate walked away with a gas card and an amazing career opportunity! 🚀 🌳 The Civitan Children's Center took full advantage of the beautiful weather, embarking on nature walks and discovering the wonders of the outdoors. Plus, we had the honor of hosting the President & CEO of Building Blocks alongside Leadership Knox County from the Chamber. 💼

A special shoutout to Senior Miss Marvelous 2025, Ronda Summers, who joined our Board meeting to invite everyone to this year's Miss Marvelous pageant! 👑 We’re proud to continue our Company Culture Campaign highlighting our incredible employees while our manufacturing department engaged summer campers with fun tours. 🌟
