We demonstrate our community commitment through manufacturing, employment job training services, intellectual and developmental disability services, adult day services, behavior management services, early childhood developmental programs, school-aged children transition services, and a community fun center.

✨ A Night of Confidence, Courage, and Celebration! ✨

We are just a little over a month away from the amazing Miss Marvelous Pageant happening right here in our community! This inspiring event celebrates women with diverse abilities, giving them the opportunity to shine on stage, build confidence, and develop their public speaking skills.

This year’s theme is “Walk with Grace, Shine with Power.” 💫

Women from our area with disabilities are invited to participate in either the Miss Category or the Senior Miss Category. Contestants will showcase their personalities and confidence in Evening Gown, Casual Wear, and On-Stage Questions.

📣 We want a big, cheering audience! Come support these incredible women, celebrate their achievements, and be part of a night filled with inspiration, encouragement, and unforgettable moments.

KCARC is excited to continue a new campaign highlighting our incredible team and the positive company culture that makes KCARC such an amazing place to work. Twice a week, we’ll feature employees sharing their experiences and what it means to be part of the KCARC family.

Sara has been part of the KCARC team for more than 10 years, and her journey is a great example of the growth opportunities available within our organization.
