Self-love isn’t saving us.

We’re more disconnected, anxious, and unfulfilled than ever.

Healing (or life) was never meant to be self-centered.

Almost every spiritual or religious path teaches this:
We find freedom not in serving ourselves,
but in serving something higher.
God. Community. Truth.

Chasing self-optimization keeps us in the mirror.
Service pulls us into meaning.
That’s where the medicine is.

Bloating after every meal?

You’re not alone. So many women come to me saying: “I eat healthy, but I’m still bloated all the time.”

In Ayurveda, we don’t just treat the symptom—we look deeper. Bloating is often a sign that agni, your digestive fire, is weakened.

Here are 5 Ayurvedic tips to reduce bloating naturally:

1. Sip warm water or cumin-fennel tea with meals – this gently stokes agni without overwhelming it.
2. Eat in peace – distractions while eating (scrolling, rushing, multitasking) confuse your digestive system.
3. Avoid cold or raw foods like smoothies or salads – these are hard to digest and can extinguish your inner fire.
4. Spice it right – cook with digestive spices like ginger, cumin, hing, black pepper, and coriander.
5. Leave a little space in your belly after meals – eat until 75% full to allow for proper digestion.
