Our Story

Live better, eat better, and feel better with Holistic Health & Wellness Coaching.

We’ll focus on the food you are eating and what is eating you, because we eat for many reasons-not just hunger. Sometimes it’s our emotions (Anger, boredom, sadness, etc.) and our thoughts (I’m fat, this will never work, why bother, etc.).

I help you to uncover the “things” that are getting in your way, providing support and accountability so that you can successfully reach your goals- once and for all.

Services include personalized nutritional approaches that move you away from the foods that lead to weight gain, inflammation and bloating, meal planning and meal prep and remote plant-based home cooking classes, and lifestyle medicine coaching for chronic disease prevention, weight management, and stress management.
