Spacial Dynamics Movement Therapy is an innovative way of working with both the human body and the space around it to promote a healthier mind and body.
In this experiential class, you’ll:
--Discover how your body and its surrounding space are constantly interacting
--Learn how to work with your space to counteract the effects of stress
--Find ways to reduce pain, increase ease of motion of the body, and calm the busy mind
--Explore how to move with ease within your personal space and through social interactions.
Spacial Dynamics Movement Therapy brings new ways of moving that change how you hold your body, feel in your mind, and relate to the world around you. Come learn gentle exercises that bring the gifts of inner confidence and outer mobility to handle the stress of modern life.

About the Instructor: Wendy Caesar has earned Level 1 and Level 2 certification from the Spacial Dynamics Institute and is a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist. She has been working with the methods of Spacial Dynamics in her life and private practice for over 15 years. In 2014 she put her training to the test, trekking 500 miles across Spain on the Camino. It was a profound experience of the human body in motion interacting with the space around it, and now she would like to share that kind of experience with you.
