Washing your hands is one of the simplest ways to stop germs in their tracks. Clean your hands often and wash them right.

Here’s some easy tips:
✨ Use warm water and soap
🫧 Scrub for at least 20 seconds (sing “Happy Birthday” twice!)
🚰 Don’t forget between fingers, under nails, and thumbs
🙌 Dry with a clean towel or air dryer

Handwashing helps protect you, and everyone around you, from spreading colds, flu, and other infections.

🤧 Allergies: Itchy eyes, clear runny nose, sneezing fits that come and go, no fever.

😷 Cold: Stuffy nose, sore throat, mild body aches, sometimes a low-grade fever.
