Also utilizing our newest training method Ki-Hara Training, where it combines eastern philosophy with cutting edge western stretching techniques. We realize that to an individual who is just beginning an exercise regimen or even someone who may be continuing one, going to a large gym can be discouraging and intimidating. Our facility allows our clients to come into a facility where there are only little to no people around during a given session. This gives you more privacy to help you focus on your goals.
