I have faith in that each of us has the knowledge and control within us to make our life be what we want it to be. I see the coaching relationship as an alliance, a process, a partnership, of inquiry that empowers clients to reconnect with their own insight, to find their own answers, to re-experience those influential moments of choice out of which lasting change cultivates. I honor each client as an expert in his or her life and relationship. I believe that each client is inspired, resourceful, and insightful. My core values include: trust, integrity, loyalty, respect, hard work, honesty, dependability, reliability, and cooperation. I want to help my client’s sharp self-awareness; improved goal-setting and goal attainment, self-acceptance and a sense of well-being, increased self-discovery, lower stress levels and life balance; and self-confidence within their relationships. I first learned about coaching when I hit a roadblock in my own life and was struggling to move past it. This motivated me to turn my passion into a full-time career by returning to school and completing my graduate degree from Grand Canyon University.
