Treatment is tailored to the needs of each patient which can include psychotherapy, psychotropic medication, lifestyle changes, or a combination of each. All of our providers are board certified and licensed to practice in the state of California. We strive to make our clinic your space during your time with us, assuring you are safe, comfortable, and supported as you embark on your mental health journey. Our clinicians are here to listen and gently guide you through the use of up-to date evidence based treatments and the therapeutic relationship. We value human connection in each of our sessions thus we seek to assure this whether receiving in person treatment or through our telehealth visits. 🏅 Sports Mental Health Tip 🧠

Ensure that children under the age of 12 enjoy a diverse range of sports rather than focusing solely on one.

This approach not only helps prevent overuse injuries but also guards against negative emotions like burnout.

Encourage a rich variety of sports in your child's life—let no single activity overshadow the rest! 🌟
