Inspired Yoga & Sound Healing Kundalini yoga & sound healing for individuals, groups, and corporate events. I help people who are struggling with unhealthy relationships and family issues.

I don't have a magic wand that will make your problems disappear, but I will give you the tools to overcome them, and I'll stand by you every step of the way. Whether you are on the brink of breakup with your spouse, or having a tough time communicating with your aging parent, I help people navigate all sorts of relationships and challenges.
