Today, we pause to honor the hard work that makes our mission possible. From the volunteers who show up at events, to those who work tirelessly behind the scenes, to our Target Field fundraising team giving their time game after game—you are the heartbeat of Rock from the Heart.
A special shoutout goes to our co-founder and president, Amy Johnson. Amy leads by example—not from behind a desk, but right beside our team. She works every Target Field game and every concession shift, showing that even at the top, leadership means rolling up your sleeves.
On this Labor Day, we celebrate ALL of you who put in the time, the energy, and the heart. Your efforts don’t just keep Rock from the Heart going—you’re saving lives through awareness, education, and support.

**Twin Cities Friends and Family**
Our hardworking Target Field volunteer team will be serving up hot dogs, pretzels, popcorn, and beverages at the popular Family Value Stand - Section 323 - at today's Twins game.
The weather is going to be SPECTACULAR for a day at the ballpark. If you attend today's game, be sure to visit our stand and thank our team for their dedication to the cause. And remember, Rock from the Heart gets a significant donation for working these games (and all the tips!)
