Community Update: We’re Here for You

TCN Behavioral Health remains committed to providing accessible, high-quality care. Recent changes in county funding may mean some clients will pay more for services, including deductibles, co-insurance, and co-pays—even if previously covered.
If your insurance doesn’t cover a service and/or you meet income guidelines, you may still qualify for reduced-cost options.

Our team is ready to help you understand your benefits and explore payment solutions. Please reach out to our Billing Department at 937-376-8711 with any questions.
Thank you for trusting us with your care—we’re proud to serve you and continue advocating for affordable behavioral health services in our community.

🎃💚 Halloween & Mental Health: Let’s Keep It Spooky and Supportive 💚🎃
Halloween is full of costumes, candy, and creepy fun—but for some, it can also bring anxiety, sensory overload, or emotional triggers. Let’s make this season one where everyone feels safe, seen, and supported.
🧠 Things to Be Mindful Of:
Scary themes and intense imagery can be overwhelming.
Haunted houses and horror movies may trigger past trauma.
Loud sounds, flashing lights, and crowds can be tough for those with sensory sensitivities.
Social events and costume pressure can increase anxiety.
Costumes that mock mental illness can be harmful and perpetuate stigma.

🧡 Tips for a Mentally Healthy Halloween:
Prioritize self-care: Sleep, eat well, and move your body.
Set boundaries: It’s okay to skip events that feel overwhelming.
Choose gentle fun: Pumpkin carving, cozy movies, or fall crafts.
Plan for triggers: Have a quiet space or coping strategy ready.
Stay connected: Reach out to friends or loved ones.
Be mindful of costumes: Let’s celebrate creativity without reinforcing stereotypes.
Reflect on your feelings: Understanding your emotions helps build resilience.

🎃 Halloween should be a time for joy, not fear. Let’s celebrate in ways that honor everyone’s comfort and mental health. 💬💕

Feeling stretched thin? You’re not alone.
Today’s workplace demands longer hours and constant multitasking, leaving little room for mental recovery. The result? Rising stress and burnout.
The good news: mental health challenges can be identified early and addressed effectively. At TCN, our professional therapists and counselors offer simple, proven techniques to boost resilience and help employees thrive—even in high-pressure environments.
Invest in your team’s well-being. A healthier mind means a stronger workforce.
