🌿 Monday calls for stillness, not speed.
Have you ever stopped to check in with your nervous system? Instead of pushing through the day expecting motivation, it's helpful to pause and ask: "Where am I actually?" Our bodies and minds send signals that often get overlooked, but they're the true GPS for our energy and focus.
Today, try a quick practice before diving into tasks: pause, notice your energy level—low, medium, high, or flat. Feel your body—tight, open, heavy, or foggy. Then pick one thing to do that fits this moment. This honest orientation helps you work with yourself rather than against.
Try placing your bare feet on the floor for 60 seconds before looking at screens. Simple grounding like this resets and prepares you.
Remember: the right path isn’t about forcing motivation. It’s about listening to the system you’re already inside and cooperating with it.
