Our 6-week Spartan SGX program came to an end last week and I'm so proud of all the progress our members made! I'm also excited to announce that the Spartan SGX class will continue as an ongoing class Wednesday nights at 6:15 and is open to all levels so whether you're a seasoned racer or a beginner, come join us and get yourself ready for your first or next race! 💪

I didn't have very big expectations going into Palmerton this past weekend since I've always placed middle of the pack in my age group there but I really surprised myself by placing 4th and missing podium by only 40 seconds on Sunday and placing 11th on Saturday!
