After some time of adjustment and getting back to a balanced life so that I may better serve you... I'm ready to continue my passion of teaching Mindfulness to you all!
This time we'll be beginning with a little workshop as an intro to mindfulness. Here you will get the rub of what mindfulness is and be informed of what the full course entails. A great way for you get your toes wet and see if you want to jump in!
