I was posting recipes for some of our client portals for work and thought y’all would like this one for a quick & easy dinner idea!

Whole Grain flatbreads make a great base for a quick/healthy dinner. (You could also pick up a whole wheat prepared pizza dough in the refrigerated section at your grocery store.
Try any of the combos below!

1. Cheeseburger pizza- pizza sauce, Cooked lean ground beef or turkey, slicked tomatos and shredded cheese

2. Bar B Q chicken- barBQ sauce, cooked chicken breast, red onion, cilantro and shredded cheese

3. Tomato Basil - marinara sauce, tomato slices, fresh basil, shredded mozzarella cheese ☺️

Recipe of the week!

Egg Avocado Breakfast Sammie
489 cals. 24 G protein 44g crabs 26g Fat
10 minutes

2 Slices of medium whole meal sliced bread
1/2 avocado
2 extra large white eggs whole raw

1. Cook eggs in pan coated with nonstick spray over medium heat. Flip once halfway through and cook 2 minutes on top
2. Toast bread and top with avocado
3. Add eggs season with salt or pepper
