I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in Gardena, CA. I specialize in working with college-aged adults and young professionals struggling with career-related stressors and/or difficulties with navigating as a minority in the working world. People of color have struggled for many centuries and we continue to see some imbalances in "white collar jobs" and higher education.

Imposter Syndrome also know as Imposter Phenomenon is a collection of feelings of inadequacy despite evident success. Sometimes as a minority, it is hard to recognize that you DO DESERVE a seat at the table and YOU DO DESERVE to be heard! Together we can work through the self-doubt, feeling of not belonging, and show you ways to grow as a confident and successful individual. Additionally, I work with individuals experiencing depression and anxiety, and I also complete immigration evaluations for those in the Los Angeles area and neighboring cities. Our Story

I am a bilingual Latinx Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in Gardena, CA who specializes in working with young adults and adults experiencing school-related stressors, as well as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and trauma-related issues. Additionally I work with couples struggling with connecting/communicating with one another and wanting to work on getting that old spark back. I help in assisting all these clients as well as their families in creating strategies and developing new skills to assist with alleviating the symptoms related to all these struggles. Lastly, I’ve also immersed myself as an evaluator completing hardship evaluations for immigration cases.

Soy un terapeuta Latinx bilingüe con licencia de LMFT; estoy ubicado en Gardena, California. Yo trabajo con jóvenes y adultos que experimentan factores estresantes relacionados con la escuela/trabajo, así como con ansiedad, depresión, problemas de autoestima y problemas relacionados con el trauma. Además, trabajo con parejas que luchan por conectarse / comunicarse entre sí y que quieren trabajar para recuperar esa vieja chispa. Me esfuerzo en ayudar a todos estos clientes, así como a sus familias, a crear estrategias y desarrollar nuevas habilidades para ayudar a aliviar los síntomas relacionados con todas estas luchas.
