After more than a year of planning, SMA Healthcare’s new integrated outpatient facility in West Volusia is ready to open! The Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony is set for Tuesday, December 2 at 3:30 pm at 1255 North Stone Street in DeLand.

This building will provide a range of outpatient behavioral health services, including therapy, psychiatric care, case management, and medication-assisted treatment. Primary care and a pharmacy will be coming soon.

Please join us for a ribbon cutting and guided tours as we welcome the community into this new space.

Yesterday, SMA Healthcare officially broke ground on the new Flagler County Central Receiving Facility in Bunnell expected to open in November 2026. This is an important step toward expanding behavioral health services in the community. SMA is excited to bring additional, much-needed resources to Flagler County, and this new facility is expected to make an immediate impact.

The new facility will include two major service components:

- Integrated Stabilization Unit (ISU): 20 short-term inpatient beds for individuals experiencing mental health or substance-use crises.
- Men’s Residential Program: 28 long-term residential beds for adult men with substance-use and/or mental health disorders.
