Yoga class updates: I will be hosting our weekly yoga class on Tuesday, December 26th instead of Wednesday!

I hope you can make it! Login to the zoom link below if you work like to join us from 6:00-7:00 pm! Even if you have never done the virtual class come give it a try to wind down after the holidays and to simply R e l a x from your own home!
