🚨 PSA: Just because a product says "clean" doesn’t mean it’s hormone-safe.

Many everyday products—from shampoo to skincare—contain sneaky ingredients that mess with your body in ways you wouldn’t expect.

But don’t panic. I’m working on something that’s going to make it SO much easier to start swapping to truly low-tox, hormone-safe products (without the overwhelm).

You know that moment when you find out your shampoo might be messing with your hormones? Yeah. That was a fun day.

If you’ve ever wanted to switch to hormone-safe products but didn’t know where to start (or just couldn’t justify spending $$$ on full sizes right away), I’ve got something coming that makes it stupid easy.

Okay, listen up, friends.

We’re about to Marie Kondo the heck out of your toxic lifestyle—but like, in a fun, non-judgy way where I don’t make you feel bad for loving that one candle that smells like a bakery.

Here’s the deal: small changes = big impact (kind of like how switching from regular coffee to decaf is a betrayal but, you know, a healthier one). So let’s talk 7 easy swaps that’ll make your home and body way less of a chemical experiment.

1️⃣ Non-Toxic Cleaners – Vinegar, baking soda, and essential oils are basically nature’s version of a cleaning crew. They don’t smell like a fake ocean breeze, but they also don’t mess with your hormones. Win-win.

2️⃣ Ditch Plastic Water Bottles – Because you’re not a raccoon living in a landfill. Stainless steel or glass for the hydration glow-up.

3️⃣ Go Fragrance-Free – If your lotion smells like “Midnight Moonflower Dream,” it’s probably a lie. Swap synthetic scents for essential oils or just… fresh air?

4️⃣ Clean Up Your Personal Care Products – Shampoos, deodorants, lotions—look for options without parabens and sulfates. Bonus: your skin will stop holding a grudge against you.

5️⃣ Break Up with Non-Stick Cookware – Teflon is basically a toxic ex. Stainless steel and cast iron are the real MVPs.

6️⃣ Upgrade Your Bedding – Organic cotton or bamboo sheets. They’re chemical-free and make your bed feel like a fancy hotel (without the weird bedspread you don’t trust).

7️⃣ Filter Your Air – Crack a window. Get a HEPA filter. Breathe like you’re frolicking in a meadow.

Here’s the trick: don’t stress, just start—one swap at a time, whenever you’re restocking something. Easy peasy.

You know that never-ending to-do list you've got? Yeah, the one that's longer than a CVS receipt. It's probably doing more harm than good.

Here's the deal: trying to do everything is a one-way ticket to Burnout City. Instead of being a productivity superhero, you're just setting yourself up for a crash landing.

So, what's the solution? Prioritize, people!

Focus on the Top 3: you, growth, harmony. Choose 3 must-do tasks. Everything else can wait. 🙌

Remember, you're a teacher, not a robot. It's time to ditch the cape and embrace being human. Let's make that to-do list work for you, not against you!

Health experts: “You need a strong nighttime and morning routine”
Me: “They say laughter is medicine and I laugh till I cry at TikToks and Reels till I fall asleep. Does that count?”

In addition to whatever floats your boat, make sure you incorporate just 10 minutes to yourself to stretch, breathe, and prepare your brain for sleep! (sadly, that means turning off screens. The blue light won’t help!) 📱
