Important Update for Our Customers
We want to share an update regarding a recent website and system issue. Earlier this year, we experienced a technical failure that resulted in the loss of internal order data from September 7th through November 24th. Our team has been working diligently to manually restore and verify every order from that time period, and this process is still ongoing.
Because of this, you may receive email notifications related to older orders, invoices, or account activity from that timeframe. Please rest assured, these messages are a result of us carefully re-entering data to ensure our records are accurate.
If you receive an email that looks unfamiliar, appears incorrect, or raises any questions, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. We are more than happy to review it with you and make sure everything is correct.
