Not all lips are created equal nor are all fillers.

I choose filler based on my assessment and anatomy and what the patient desires.

Her lips are naturally bigger than most and her beautiful facial features support a more Lucious lip❤️

I chose a filler that wasn’t going to add crazy volume but hydrate bc that’s what I saw…..she needed more hydration and a little “extra.”

I am obsessed with her lips! This lovely lady needed a little self love and she walked out the door feeling “bomb!”

What I love about my practice is the ability to offer all natural treatments for my patients when dermal fillers are not an option or wanted.

This absolutely beautiful human being with a mega heart and kind soul wanted natural….she did not want fillers.

We have done PRX topical bio stimulants and PRF with Microneedle for her skin and two rounds of ez gel.

If you pay attention to the skin and coloration around her eyes you will see it appears much softer and better light reflection. Same will be seen in her cheeks, nasal labial fold and lower face. Even her pre jowl appears sharper giving her chin a more structured look.

Her skin is healthier……the regenerative treatments are helping her feel more refreshed and confident and she’s getting compliments from strangers and family.

We don’t do things to get compliments but damn if it doesn’t feel good to be seen❤️😉 she deserves to be seen❤️

Light reflection….its all about the way light reflects off your beautiful face. Light resonates on the rounded features of our faces while shadows sleep in the valleys.

When we age we loose support all over(why push ups were invented and spanx became every woman’s best friend and dirty little secret) .

We loose collagen in our tissue….our skin becomes thinner and doesn’t lay nice and tight as it once did. The last time anything was tight on me was in boot camp….you could bounce a quarter off my bed…..not a wrinkle to be found. I literally slept in one position in order to not have to fully make it up the next am🫣

Bone structures become less supportive bc we loose bone with age….we loose fat pads which cause tissues to move forward instead of staying where we want them….laterally and as tight as my real dads wallet growing up.

The displacement of tissues create shadows in places we desire light. Some treatments such as dermal filler can help provide a little support and contour to these areas while still maintaining a natural, more rested and refreshed appearance.

I talked to this beauty for a while….we will do a little more once this session settles……I am conservative and will always go with more sessions if needed or desired than trying to inject all in one treatment. Safety is the reason for this…..I believe the less injected at one time in multiple areas….the less risk of adverse outcome. We can always add more…..much harder to take away.

Her after pic shows more sunshine on her face….her shadows now have a sprinkle of sparkle and her confidence a hint of “hottie” with a side of sass.

Love what I do and I’m proud to own that “it shows.”

A little in lips and fine lines. She has some redness in the fine lines from injections but that will subside and lines will soften even more.

Her lips are lovely and fit her like a glove. She is a beautiful and talented lady who just wanted a little refresh and self love.

Her face when I showed her the mirror…..priceless……very happy patient indeed and happy injector bc of it.😉

I injected her 9mths ago with lip filler. She came in for a refresh but also on the fence bc she still liked them. They also still looked pretty and natural.

Discussed a lip flip to give her more upper lip show without the need to do more filler for now. One more of a conservative way to treat lips without piling in filler.

Im conservative in my approach to filler and always will be.

She chose the flip instead of the fill. She was happy❤️😉

When placed well ….when looking for a soft approach to looking and feeling refreshed without a complete overhaul……small amts can work magic.

I know I may get s**t for it bc we are taught that we need a certain amt of syringes as we age…for every decade a certain amt is necessary.

I don’t necessarily agree…..bc when we begin to follow cookie cutter rules and patterns we often get stuck in a loop and forget to truly see the patient as an individual that may not want tons of filler but just to feel refreshed.

I assessed her….I gave her a little love in cheeks, piriform aperture, nasal labial fold, marrionette, pre jowl and chin and lastly lips.

2 syringes that gave her a huge smile afterwards. All done with cannula except lips which I used needle technique.

She’s a natural beauty before anything I ever did and this natural beautiful feels even more beautiful after a little self love.
