I just returned from a mystical, magical experience in Mt. Shasta, CA. Each morning, I had the blessed gift of experiencing the sunrise over Mt. Shasta.

This is the message that came through:

“We are communicating through the sounds around you. No matter where you are, we are there also. Each sound you hear is interconnected in a broader way than simply between species. Open yourself to receive. Messages are continuously streaming. We see you. We feel you. We are here to help. Walk forward lightly and gently with love. Your heart is a heart of great compassion. That is your soul’s path. Compassion. Spread the love.”

And so it is 🙏🏽

May we all walk forward lightly and gently with love ♥️
