2016 trend! Looking back at 2016, I have over 7,000 pictures of my kids who were 5 and 3 that year! They are my world.

I started learning about pelvic floor physical therapy in 2015 and that launched me to where I am now with a small private pelvic floor physical therapy practice and the ability to control my time. This allows me to drive my kids to school and the ability to take them to appointments and activities without worry.

Embrace Health Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy was an idea I had for so long before it became a reality. I opened in 2021 alone and now there are three of us ( )and I share space with my friend Ashleigh Auth of 🤩

We get to help people change their lives for the better through education, advocacy and exercise, improving one pelvic floor at a time!

I can’t wait to see where the next 10 years takes us!
