I will be at the Modesto Mystics Fair this Saturday!
Stop by my booth so that I can share with you some exciting opportunities ✨✨

As many of you know I have studied with Indigenous medicine keepers from Peru, participating in ceremonies, learning about their ancient wisdoms and their prophecies, as well as receiving transmissions facilitated their sacred medicine bundles, for many years.

Join me at 2:00pm for a workshop where I will share one of the foundational elements of Andean medicine, and how to apply the ancient wisdoms to our modern lives.

Finally, with much humbleness, I will share with you a rare opportunity to receive these experiences directly from a Q’ero Paqo who will be gracing us with his presence this year ❤️🌈✨

Saturday is a divinely guided Mother Earth Ceremony designed to reconnect and lead you to a healing and transformational experience, culminating in an invitation to step beyond any doubts or fears and walk through the fire 🔥

Saturday Ceremony Starts at 12:00 Saturday May 11th and ends at approximately 9:00pm

Overnight accommodations are available!

Then, wake up to a 2-hour sunrise session of sound bowls, breath work and more!

Thanks to all of you who joined us this week as we celebrated the addition of Be You Yoga to the space!

We had a great time seeing and meeting everyone and we are grateful to share what we do with all of you!

We also announced our Schedule of Events for the upcoming month that includes our monthly Compassion Meditation for World Peace ☮️ which will be the last Friday of each month. Michelle did an amazing job kicking that off last night. We look forward to continuing to create that space with all of you!

Michelle, is a registered yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Health Counselor specializing in one-on-one private clients and guiding individuals through their own journey to healing their life with diet and lifestyle changes.

Michelle brings this expertise to add to the services already available at Holding Space, all with the goal of providing pathways to bringing more tools and techniques to assist our clients to curate more Health, Happiness and Harmony to their lives, helping to uncover one’s true potential.
