🔥 CWF March Challenge: The Daily Squat Challenge!!🔥

Warriors, it’s time to level up! This March, we’re building strength, endurance, and discipline—one squat at a time. Choose your level and commit to daily growth:

🔹 Beginner: 20 squats daily (+1 each day)
🔹 Intermediate: 30 squats daily (+5 each day)
🔹 Advanced: 50 squats daily (+10 each day)

Every rep brings you closer to a stronger version of YOU. By the end of the month, you’ll be amazed at how much you’ve built—physically and mentally! Any and all types of squats are acceptable, and how you add on each day is certainly up to you.

Finish strong, and you’ll be entered into a raffle for an exclusive prize!
